It is unfortunate, as Hailey is very likable, but she is not very dependable and did not complete tasks. I am not a senior, I am a disabled USMC Vet, and she accepted a position to provide companionship, pet care and light housekeeping. I was very thorough in my job description, and we discussed all, in detail, during the interview process. As long as we were on the companionship part, she excelled, but when I had visitors, she made herself part of the visit. She was scheduled 25 hours per week, 5 hours each day, Mon-Fri. She requested more money for assigned tasks previously agreed to, often left before her shift was over and quit with no notice. When I blocked her, she started contacting me from her wife's phone #, I had to call the police to get her to stop. She also contacted my friends, and threatened to contact the VA to tell them what she was doing, which all tasks had been approved by my advocate with the VA. She put me in a very dangerous position with no care.
