I have worked with special needs since I was in high school. My mother was a special education teacher and taught me a lot of ways to be able to connect with anyone. I volunteered in our special education program in high school, and it was my favorite part of the day. I personally have ADHD and anxiety, and so from personal experience I understand situations that can't be predicted. I have learned ways growing up that have helped me, and I would be delighted to work with someone and connect with them.
