About Hailey

Hello! My name is Hailey, and I'm 25 years old. I'm a Southern California native and a UCSB graduate. I recently decided to return to school to pursue my goal of becoming a kindergarten teacher! While I'm in school, I'm looking for a part-time nanny position. I am available to start at the beginning of May. My schedule will gradually become busier as I spend more time in the classroom, but I would love to build a long-term relationship and continue supporting your family. Ideally, I'm looking for 3 days per week, with some flexibility in days and hours as my school schedule evolves. I have over 10 years of experience nannying and babysitting children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old. I've worked with a wide variety of personalities, ages, and family routines. I enjoy spending time outdoors with kids, engaging in their interests, and and play-based learning. I'm also happy to help with transportation to and from school or activities, running errands, and light housekeeping.
