About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, creative, and caring! I like working with kids because I love helping them with whatever they need. I enjoy helping them problem solve in a helpful way, and encouraging creativity! I'm looking for a job that has a fun environment! I like to try new things and find fun ways to do just that! I started working with kids when I was 15 years old. I started off by babysitting for a family of 5 kids. After I turned 17 I got a job at a professional daycare! I nanny in the summer time for a family of 2 children. We frequently go on field trips and do fun crafts together! My skills include multitasking, problem solving, and creativity! In high school, I took all of the child development classes available. I have also taken other classes for my certification!
