Making a difference in someone's life is why I became a caregiver. With six years of experience, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid. I'm passionate about supporting adults and seniors. My goal is to help them maintain their well-being and independence. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and redirect attention when needed. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, prepare meals, and perform light housekeeping. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, following their preferred method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is important to me. I am CPR trained.
