About Hailey

Caring for children and supporting families is something I truly love! I have over five years of experience working with children of all ages in both childcare and behavioral settings. I am a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a CPR and First Aid certificate as well as a CDA, I have completed extensive early childhood development coursework. I am passionate about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. I enjoy keeping kids engaged through outdoor activities, crafts, educational games, and creative play while also encouraging independence and positive behavior. I'm also happy to help with meal preparation, school pick-ups, light housekeeping, and other tasks that make life a little easier for busy families.
