Hired Hailey for full time care of my toddler and really enjoyed her at first. With zero notice she became unresponsive and no call no showed on a Monday morning. She gave no indication she was not going to continue with us, and didn’t even have the professionalism and decency to tell me. She called out two days sick the week before, worked a Friday then just didn’t show up Monday. She could have at least had the professionalism to tell me that Friday so I could have arranged care by Monday.
