About Hailey

Hi! I'm Hailey, a Music Education graduate (PK-Adult) from West Liberty University with years of experience caring for children from newborns to teens. I've worked with families through Care. com, taught K-8th grade, and was a caregiver at Gwen's Daycare & Montessori in PA. I recently completed a year-long student teaching experience at St. Clairsville Elementary with K-4th grade students. I will aid in child-development through patience, positive reinforcement, and modeling respectful, kind behaviors. I have a deep love and passion for children and want to empower and support them so they can grow and thrive in their environment. I have background checks and clearance to ensure that your child's safety is at the forefront of my care. I am truly honored by every opportunity to join a family and play a role in a child's growth, happiness, and development.
