I recently graduated college with a bachelor degree and am currently a certified RBT working at a clinic with special needs children. Because of this I am only available on weekends. I am CPR and first aid certified, don't smoke, and love all types of animals, so pets are fine as well! Having four younger brothers ranging from the ages 7-21 has made me very patient and laid-back. Hailey is smart, creative, accepting, loving and responsible, and she can handle whatever comes her way. She has been watching my two kids (one of whom has special needs) for several months now. She picks them up from daycare and school at different locations and navigates the multisite pickup with no problem. They love when she comes over to the point that when I get back home, they barely notice I am there because they just want to keep playing with her. She is also very communicative and responsive in terms of texts/emails which makes coordinating and scheduling as stress free as possible. I definitely recommend this awesome and trustworthy person as a childcare provider!
