About Hailey

Hi! I am 23 with a few years of paid childcare experience and references. I am also the oldest girl of 7 so I am a natural caretaker! I have held a management position at my job for 2 years but due to not being able to find a babysitter that works with my schedule, I have to stop working. I am trying to use this as an opportunity to help some families with what I struggled to find. I absolutely love being around kids, I am CPR and first aid certified, and my schedule is fully flexible. days, evenings, nights, weekends - whatever you need! I have a four year old daughter (very well behaved and great with other kids) who is with me every other week. I am happy to meet before hand to establish some trust.
