Hailey has been watching my kiddos for a couple years now during summers. She is great with them! Keeps them active and entertained, and helps out around the house. Will continue hiring her as needed.

Hailey is so great with kids. Our kids are always so excited when she comes to watch them. She actually plays with them, and doesn't just look at her phone the whole time. Plus, she cleans up the house before we get home!

Hailey worked as a nanny for my 3 young children. She was always punctual and made great efforts in not only watching over them but also working on their development. I highly recommend her.

We have had Hailey working in our home for the last 8 months (roughly). She has been so amazing. We just love her!!! She often cooks dinner and has it plated when we get home from work. She is wonderful with the kids, and works on their education and developmental steps. She cleans and organizes! We will get home and randomly the pantry looks like a professional organizer has visited. She has endless energy and patience. She takes the kids to the park, JJ Jump, or on a walk. She is respectful and sweet and VERY dependable and trustworthy. I take a baby/mommy swim class after work - and Hailey meets me there with my baby all ready and everything prepared and organized. We are so lucky to have her. <3

I hired Hailey to watch my two children only two days a week. Everything seemed to be going great at first, but then she was an absolute no-show one day -- no call/text/email, nothing!!! I was worried that she was injured or something horrible had happened, so I kept texting/emailing and finally asked her to just let me know if she was okay. She finally texted back this: "I am okay." Finally, after a couple of hours, she sent me a clearly fabricated "explanation" - she thought she had the day off (???), and her phone died, and she didn't charge it up until late the next day, and she has had a busy day. Then she said that she's not quitting- she would give me 30 days notice if she was. I'm clearly confused at this point and call her. She of course didn't answer, so I left a message saying that I was pretty concerned that I could no longer depend on her. I asked her to call me back to talk it through to see if we could make this work. She NEVER called/contacted me and never showed again.
