Hello, I'm Hailey. I have gained experience caring for people aged 2-23 years that have various brain differences. Examples of this can be, but are not limited to: -ASD -ADHD -Cognitive Delays -Cerebral Palsy -Blindness, Visual Impairment, CVI -Cri Du Chat Syndrome My experience is as a 1:1 paraprofessional in a special needs school and babysitting experience with this population. I am currently a Speech Pathology student, so I value communication in any form. I've assisted students in PT, OT, Speech, MT, Academics, Hearing Therapy, and Vision Therapy. I can do diaper changes, toileting, feeding, applying AFOs and HKAFOs, stander sessions, reading/writing help and more activities that promote growth while also allowing a curious mind. I am also wheelchair transfer trained. I am very patient and passionate in ensuring that I can improve the quality of life for this population and of course, anyone in general.
