About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as attentive, nurturing, and adaptive. I like working with kids because I get to use my imagination and plan a lot of different kinds of activity's or events. Another reason I enjoy working with kids is that it allows for flexibility, so I can continue my education while working at the same time. I started working with kids when I was 16 at a summer camp for two summers. I was the bus captain, kitchen staff, and helped teach swim lessons. I have been a nanny for two different family's. The first time was for a family with three children for three years, until I moved to go to college. The second time was for a family with one child for one year until they moved out of state. In my spare time I like to make art and crafts, learn how to cook different kinds of cuisine, bake, garden, hang out with my dog, go on walks, and dance. My skills include patience, creativity/activity planning, and home management (cooking/ baking/ cleaning/ organization).
