About Hailey

Hello there! I'm Hailey :) I'm a 26-year-old who lives locally. I attended Cooley, then Woodcreek, then Jessup! I've babysat for family friends and neighbors throughout the years, and I've also mentored middle school students in a setting that required me to be in tune with kid's emotions. I've learned how to balance being fun and engaging with setting clear boundaries. As the oldest sibling of two rowdy younger brothers, I've had lots of practice doing just that! I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident and at ease when someone else is caring for their children. I work to create a space where kids feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves. I love spending time with kiddos! Whether we're playing board games, working on puzzles, or coming up with fun games together! I always follow the parents' lead when it comes to rules and routines, and I like to keep communication open with regular updates via text. I look forward to connecting!!
