About Hailey

I love working with kids. My previous babysitting roles and job as a children's dance teacher motivated me to continue on this path. As a patient and friendly caregiver with a year of experience, I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities with children. I am comfortable caring for one to three children and enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, depending on their preference. I am also willing to help with carpooling and light housekeeping. I took a child development class in high school and my mom is an elementary school teacher so I grew up in a learning atmosphere.
