About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey, and I'm currently a medical student at UMass. I've been babysitting since high school and have always genuinely loved working with kids. I'm also an aunt to 12 nieces and nephews ranging from just a few months old to teenagers, so I'm very comfortable adapting to different ages, energy levels, and personalities. Through both babysitting and my own family, I've had a lot of hands-on experience with things like planning activities, keeping kids engaged, helping with meals, and maintaining a clean and organized space after playtime. I especially enjoy being interactive whether that's spending time outdoors, coming up with creative crafts, or just being present and engaged in whatever they're interested in. Being in medical school has also strengthened my sense of responsibility, patience, and communication, which I bring into childcare as well. I'm very reliable, organized, and attentive, and I always aim to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for kids.
