About Hailey

Hello! My name is Hailey. I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, concentrating in Early Childhood Education. I have experience working with children from birth through 4th grade and am familiar with the Reggio Emilia approach and creating engaging, child-centered learning environments. I am currently pursuing my Nursing degree, which I will complete in December 2026, with the goal of working in pediatrics. Becoming a mother has further strengthened my passion for caring for children and supporting families through compassionate, dependable care. My experience includes: • Full-time nanny • newborn • infant • 2-year-old • Private in-home tutor for a 1st grade student • Early Childhood classroom teacher in a 2-year-old classroom • Student teacher in a 2nd grade classroom I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and supportive environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
