I have a lot of experience as I have been a lifeguard for the past 2 summers where I would guard the East Haddam Rec Dept. summer camp as well as a ski instructor for 3 years for children ages 4-6 at Mt. Snow in VT. Additionally I have babysat a few different families in the area. I am certified in First Aid and CPR and I have the American Red Cross Babysitter and Childcare certification. Hailey has been caring for my son when I go to work until he gets on the school bus. She has always been punctual even with such an early start and so reliable. She has been very flexible with hours and helped out when she could and excellent with following up and communicating. She has also done asynchronous work with my son on days I work. I have had no worries he is well cared for when I'm not there. My son has some behavioral and medical issues, but she is so patient with him and he has so much fun with her. Hailey is a great sitter and such a sweet person and a we will miss her this summer!
