Hailey has been working with us for about a year. She started taking care of our baby when she was about 5 months old and seamlessly settled into infant-care needs. When we met Hailey, we instantly had a good feeling about her- we could tell that she would take phenomenal care of our kiddo and we were right. Hailey is communicative, responsible, conscientious, punctual, professional yet very warm and friendly. Our kiddo adores her. She also has helped us control the chaos an infant brings to our house. At this point, we’re transitioning to baby’s grandma who is retiring and moving around the corner, otherwise we’d be keeping Hailey on!
