About Hailey

Nurturing young minds is truly a passion of mine. My experiences babysitting, coupled with a genuine desire to positively impact children's lives, led me to a career in childcare. With three years of experience caring for children, I'm comfortable looking after one child at a time. I am patient, creative, and friendly. I communicate with parents through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone call. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I have First Aid Training and CPR Training, and coursework in Early Child Development. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. My graduate studies have only further enriched my understanding of child development.
