Hailey has been working with my family since October 2024. After the kids return home from school, she assists them with getting snacks if needed, gets them started on homework, checks homework, warms and/or cooks dinner, makes sure the children do their chores, keeps the children on task, loads the dishwasher and/or washes dishes. Hailey is good with electronics and can help my younger children navigate their Google classroom and other school-related apps. She is flexible and dependable. She is more than a babysitter. She is also a mother's helper. She has helped me with prepping practice clothes and uniforms for all 3 children, making sure sports bags are prepped with water bottles and snacks before practice, and folding laundry I didn't get to over the weekend. She likes to have a list to make sure everything gets accomplished and that she meets my expectations. I have been very happy with Hailey and my family depends on her to get through the hectic afternoons. I highly recommend her.
