About Hailey

As a childcare provider with 5 years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My patient, creative, and approachable nature allows me to connect with children and create a safe, stimulating environment. I follow parents' preferred communication methods and collaborate closely with them to address any issues. My skills include playing various games, from outdoor sports to board games and educational games. I am also trained in CPR and am comfortable helping with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am eager to support families and provide reliable care for their children. I am currently in college at Stockton University with a major in health science and a focus in pre-communication disorders and am looking to consistently babysit between the dates of May 15-End of August with not many exceptions otherwise.
