Hello! I'm Hailey, but I like to go by Hayden! I'm fully vaccinated and boosted! Im 23 years old and have worked at 4 preschools and 2 elementary schools. I'm also a Registered Behavioral Technician. I've been a nanny for an 11-year-old with special needs for 3 years. I was a nanny for a year for a 3-year-old. I also worked as an assistant teacher in a special education classroom for 2 years! I've been a ABA technician for almost 2 years. I also worked as an assistant teacher in a special education classroom and a 1-1 Aid for a student in a wheelchair with multiple disabilities I love kids, and I help with potty training, cooking, and cleaning. I teach little one's sign language for better communication if they don't speak! I can also prepare and do sensory exercises/ activities. I have a driver's license and if given a Car seat I'm comfortable driving children if needed!

You will not regret hiring this person. I have never hired a caregiver who more intuitively understood my son with significant needs both related to his autism and cerebral palsy and other Medical conditions. She was immediately comfortable and he was immediately comfortable with her. I didn't have to worry about his safety in her care. They are still connected to this day and she is family now. She's moved a little bit far away to provide routine care for us, but I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
