Hello, my name is Hailey. I'm 33 and I have been doing child care since I was 12. I started in my church and then started babysitting soon after. I was a nanny for twin girls for 6 months until they moved out of the area and then I was a nanny for 2 girls in elementary school for 3 to 4 years. I worked at a church childcare center for 2 years and then was a private nanny for 1 year. I am a mom to a 7-year-old boy and just had a little girl in July and I would like to find a job that I may be able to bring her with me to. I have 2 dogs of my own so I'm OK with working around pets. I think hands on learning is so important and love exploring the outdoors. while I think learning on technology is important I don't believe children should be on ipad, computer or in front of the TV for extended periods of time. I enjoy cooking so helping with meal preps would be fine as well as light house cleaning and laundry.

Hailey worked with us as a full-time nanny for our 2-year old and infant (from age 4 months to 7 months). We are military and were stationed to move away. She stuck with us until the end of our duty station, although she received offers to transition earlier. She is loyal, punctual, professional, and kind. She brought crafts for the 2-year old, made adorable Father's Day gifts, took them on daily walks and outdoor activities, and made learning activities for both boys. Her infant son came with her every day, and he was a welcome addition to our family. We trusted her 100% and were so sad that she could not come with us to our next station. We loved Hailey as a person and as a nanny, and we miss her!
