About Hailey

My name is Hailey & I'm 24 years old & hold a degree in psychology & children & adolescent education. Originally from Phoenix, I had the honor to serve as a nanny for a family for 5 years who I now consider my chosen family. I started with them when my youngest was 4 & my oldest was 8. Sadly I moved from Phoenix last year, but still visit and keep in touch with my kiddos and their incredible parents. I had the privilege of helping my youngest grow & thrive within his autism diagnosis - he's now a grade level ahead of his peers & excelling in sports along with his therapy. My oldest & I were able to navigate preteen years of girlhood while fostering success within both her academics & extra curriculars. Aside from a genuine passion for children, I cook, clean, carpool, assist busy parents in their day to day, & overall take some of the stress off your plate. My goal is to curate the same connections & love I had with my family in Phoenix with your family. I look forward to connecting!
