About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as loving, outgoing, and helpful I like working with kids because I love to see how creative they are. I love watching their faces light up when they have new ideas and get excited. I like to help bring their fun thoughts to life. I'm looking for a job that almost feels like a family. I want they kids to feel safe and be able to have fun with me. I started working with kids when since I can remember. My mom has had an in-home daycare since I was growing up so I have always been around kids. I even do "date night" babysitting when I go back home to Ohio during breaks since I am in college. In my spare time, I like to read and color, hanging out with my friends, and watching different movies like marvel, harry potter, star wars, and many more. One thing you should know about me is I love to make children happy and help them to bring out their creative side. My skills include patience, clear listening and understanding, and also communication skills.
