About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as loving, outgoing, and helpful I like working with kids because I love to see how creative they are. I love watching their faces light up when they have new ideas and get excited. I like to help bring their fun thoughts to life. I'm looking for a job that almost feels like a family. I want the kids to feel safe and be able to have fun with me. I've been working with kids my entire life. My mom had an in-home daycare while I was growing up so I have always been around kids. I even do "date night" babysitting when available. In my spare time, I like to read and paint, hang out with my friends. I work at BVH as a patient care tech and am taking online courses to help get me closer to joining the nursing program to become a NICU/ Peds nurse. One thing you should know about me is I love to make children happy and help them to bring out their creative side My skills include patience, clear listening and understanding, and also communication skills.
