About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey and I am pursuing my PhD in Clinical Psychology. I worked with students on the autism spectrum in a school setting for about 3 years before transitioning to work as a nanny and house manager full time while finishing my bachelor's degree in 2025 . I have a passion for child development and helping kids to become confident, kind, and independent people. I have experience developing and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for children ranging from 2 months to 16 years. I love to take kids out on adventures to the park or the local library and prioritize supporting skills like empathy, responsibility, and independence. I use gentle parenting techniques with an emphasis on natural consequences, communication, and emotional regulation. I am comfortable handling a wide range of household chores including caring for pets, preparing meals, and other tasks. I have training in BLS (CPR+AED), First Aide, and CPI (crisis prevention and intervention)
