About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey and I am in school working towards my PhD in Clinical Psychology. I worked with students on the autism spectrum in a school setting for about 3 years before transitioning to work as a nanny and house manager full time while finishing my bachelor's degree for the last several years. I have a huge passion for child development and helping kids to become confident, kind, and independent people. I have experience developing and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for children ranging from 10 months to 16 years. I love to take kids out on adventures to the park or the local library a few times a week and prioritize teaching them responsibility and compassion for theirselves and others. I use gentle parenting techniques with an emphasis on natural consequences, communication, and emotional regulation. I am comfortable handling a wide range of household chores including caring for pets, preparing meals, and other tasks.
