About Hailee

Bringing joy and nurturing growth to children is my passion. My younger brother inspired me to seek fulfilling work, which I've found in childcare. I have almost 5 years of experience caring for children aged 0-15, and I'm comfortable with up to four children. My friendly and creative nature allows me to connect with kids through outdoor sports and imaginative play. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and always communicate with parents using their preferred method. I worked as a summer camp counselor last summer which required I be certified in pediatric CPR and first aid! I would love to use my skills to make a positive impact on your children's lives.
