Hello i'm Hailee!:) As the oldest of five children, I've grown up in a big, close-knit family where caring for others has always been a natural part of my daily life. I've gained years of hands-on experience with children ranging from newborns to teenagers, giving me a strong understanding of different developmental stages and how to support each one. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I bring patience, dependability, and a warm, nurturing approach to every child I care for.
