About Hailee

Hi! My name is Hailee and I'm super passionate about play, connection, and loving on the younger generation. Just after my 16th birthday, I got a job working in childcare and immediately fell in love. On top of bringing a motherly energy to homes, I believe it's vital to preserve the childlike sense of wonder within. I will care for your child(ren) while having fun with them, too! - I am looking/most qualified for: 1. Working with older children (9+); focusing on creativity, emotional intelligence, and authenticity. I also have experience working with multiple children-cultivating deeper social skills and deeply needed community engagement! 2. Working with children with special needs. I have experience with children on the autism spectrum, children that are nonverbal, and children who have Down syndrome. 3. Being a mother's helper! I love a task (or five).
