About Hailee

I have extensive experience working with children of all ages, from infants to school-aged kids. My childcare journey began at 15 when I volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club, where I developed a passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. My dedication and positive energy led to my first babysitting job with a family who saw my connection with their child through the program. Since then, I've gained hands-on experience through in-home care and nannying for two families, providing both nurturing and structured environments. In addition, I worked as a preschool teacher in Las Vegas, Nevada, where I supported children's early development, learning milestones, and social-emotional growth.
