About Hailee

Hello! My name is Hailee and I am currently looking for an awesome family to provide childcare for. I have an almost 3-year-old son who is a character, very active, very loving, vibrant and loves to talk! Although my education is not centered around early childhood education, the best experience I have working with children is hands on, as not all children are the same. I grew up with many siblings and cousins who I often cared for and that helped me in my role as a mother. Some of the roles I do as a mother to my own son includes, - Monitoring and supervising my son to keep him safe and healthy. - Preparing food and snacks for my son. - Helping my son maintain good hygiene and changes diapers, (in the process of potty training). - Organize activities designed to help my son learn about his world and develop his own interests. - Creating a schedule to ensure that my son has adequate physical activity, rest, food and intellectual stimulation.
