About Hailee

Hi, I'm Hailee! I'm the second oldest of five children, so childcare has been a natural part of my life for as long as I can remember. I love spending time with kids and finding creative ways to make learning and play go hand-in-hand. Some of my favorite activities to share with children include reading, crafts, outdoor play, and fun, developmentally appropriate games. I believe in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where kids can thrive. In addition to caring for my own siblings, I've worked as a nanny for children of all ages-from newborns to elementary schoolers. For the past 3+ years, I've been with a wonderful family, caring for their now 2- and 4-year-old. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I take safety very seriously while ensuring your child feels comfortable, supported, and loved. I truly adore working with children and would be honored to care for your little ones!
