About Hailee

I'd describe my personality as kind, gentle, and easy going. I'm looking for a job that is reoccurring and has clear expectations that is set out for me. I started working with kids when I was a pre-teen. I babysitter frequently for family friends. I have been a nanny to 4 different families and I love it. One thing you should know about me is I do have a infant child I would love to bring with me while I babysit. My skills include patience, guidance, and positive descriptive acknowledgement. I am going to school for a degree is early childhood education and I am planning to pursue my bachelors degree in child development. I currently work at a headstart so I have experience working with more than one child while actively trying to meet all their needs. My toddler is autistic, so I do have experience there as well.
