Hi my name is Hailee and I'm 22 years old. I've been watching kids for over 5 years now. I grew up watching my cousins and younger siblings. My first job was teaching swim lessons to kids at the YMCA. From then on I have been working in daycares in the preschool room as a teaching assistant. I love to watch kids grow and develop through play and other learning activities. I have taken child development courses and love to learn new ways to better help kids in the development process.
