About Hailee

Nurturing children's development is a true passion of mine. My four years of experience, combined with my college degree, have equipped me with the skills to provide enriching care. I am patient, creative, and approachable, and I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I am comfortable caring for one child and happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I communicate with parents through written daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular texts. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I am trained in First Aid and CPR, and I have completed coursework in Early Child Development. Witnessing a child's growth brings me immense joy, and I look forward to creating a fun and supportive environment for your little one.
