About Hailee

I'd describe my personality as caring, considerate, passionate, and a little silly. I've always enjoyed working with and caring for others, especially children. I started working with kids when I was 18, when I worked as a preschool teacher at a daycare. I took a few years away from childcare to work in an assisted living setting, and for the past two years, I've been back in daycare, working with infants and preschool-aged children. I truly enjoy watching children learn, grow, and discover new things. In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks with my dog, reading books, crocheting, and spending weekends at the cabin. I love having a balance between staying busy and enjoying quiet time with the people, pets, and hobbies I love.
