About Hailee

Hi! My name is Hailee. I recently graduated with my associate's degree in Psychology and am currently gaining hands-on experience working with children as I work toward my goal of becoming a licensed counselor, specializing in child development and adolescent care. I've been caring for children since I was 15 years old. My experience includes working at a family-owned home daycare with children ranging from 6 months to 10 years old, as well as interning at a K-12 after-school program throughout high school. More recently, I've cared for infants and toddlers (ages 3 months to 2 years) for family and friends. I'm comfortable with all age groups, but over the past year, I've primarily worked with toddlers. I love building genuine connections with every child I work with and bring a warm, responsible, and organized approach to caregiving.
