About Haiey

Hi! My name is Hailey and I have been working with kids for a little less than 8 years. I love to work with children as well as animals. I would describe myself as very loyal, hardworking, understanding, flexible, and fun! I'd describe my personality as patient, empathetic, and outgoing. I like working with kids because I enjoy building a bond and connection with them to help them grow and achieve their goals. I'm looking for a job that is long term and even possibly a live in nanny position. In my spare time, I love to dance, sing, hang out with my close friends and family, travel, and enjoy engaging with my pets. One thing you should know about me is I am very hardworking and empathetic, but still able to uphold the parent's boundaries. I love to go out in the community with the kids and work with and help them work on social skills and etiquette. My skills include being nurturing, quick thinking and great under stress as well as very fun and active with the kids.
