About Haiey

Hi! My name is Hailey and I have been working with kids for a little less than 9 years. I love to work with children as well as animals. I would describe myself as very loyal, hardworking, understanding, flexible, and fun! I'd describe my personality as patient, empathetic, and outgoing. I believe in creating a safe and lovingly productive environment for kids to express themselves without fear. I like getting to work with kids because I enjoy building a bond and connection with them to help them grow and achieve. One thing you should know about me is I am very hardworking and empathetic, but still able to uphold the parent's boundaries. I love to go out in the community with the kids to work with and help guide them on social skills and etiquette. My skills include being nurturing, quick thinking and great under stress as well as very fun and active with the kids.
