About Haeli

I'd describe my personality as adaptable, compassionate, and quick on my feet. I like working with kids because I feel a direct sense of connection, love, and responsibility for both the children, along with my hopes to assist those that need another crutch in their life while juggling childcare. I'm looking for a job that I can form a connection with, parent and child, and lift each other up. While I do have experience in helping raise my younger siblings in their early developmental stages, I started working with kids when I was exposed to my mother's workplace: the pre-k classroom. In my spare time, I like to play music and recently have leaned towards fitness and Aikido to my leisure. One thing you should know about me is that I am very driven to make lasting connections; I value the journey more than the destination. I have the need to make sure that everyone feels heard and seen, and will not push aside or overlook what some could perceive to be trivial.
