About Hadley

I'm extremely passionate about childcare and have 5 years of paid babysitting experience. I have worked with kids ages 3mths- 13yrs. I have 3 younger siblings, one of whom is diagnosed with autism. I worked as a caregiver for 6 months for a little boy with Down syndrome. I was responsible for toileting/bathing, changing, routine, mealtime, and being a friend/ role model. I have been in therapy since 4 years old building tools I use daily. I have found that experience is super valuable and helps me empathize and form connections with the kids I work with. I'm currently working on getting CPR certified and on my high school diploma.
