About Hadlee

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, patient and caring. I love working with kids because I enjoy helping them grow, learn, and discover the world around them. I started working with kids ever since I can remember! I've always been one of the older cousins that helped with child care and and house hold duties to help out the parents in my family. After I turned 18 I got a job working in a ABA clinic, and that has been my profession ever since. In my spare time, I like to take my dog to the beach and hang out with my family! There are quite a lot of us so weekends and holidays never disappoint! One thing you should know about me is I am a registered behavioral technician by the state of California. I am a certified professional who can work with any age children to young adult. Focusing on behavioral plans, communication, as well as social, daily and living skill.
