About Gwen

My experience caring for children began within my own family. As the oldest of seven and with more than 50 younger cousins, I naturally developed strong caregiving skills early on. Before long, I was regularly babysitting and housekeeping for neighbors and friends. I find caring for children deeply rewarding, and I take great satisfaction in maintaining a clean, welcoming home. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient, and hard working. Through challenges over the years, I've learned to approach difficulties with empathy. I love working with kids! I've found that I often learn more from them than I ever expect to. Children have a natural bravery that inspires me to face challenges and try again after failure. I believe every child deserves to be loved, supported, and encouraged to grow into their best self. Right now, I'm studying Architecture and hope to help families in another meaningful way - by designing spaces that are safe and filled with a sense of home.
