About Gwen

Hi! I'm Gwen, and I recently moved to Boise from Georgia to be closer to my daughter, who just got married! I'm excited to put down roots and continue doing what I've always loved, caring for others! I'm a proud mom of three grown children, one of five siblings, and an aunt to many nieces and nephews! With 20+ years of experience caring for children, seniors, pets, and families, nurturing others comes naturally to me. I spent 5+ years as an elementary and middle school substitute teacher, taught Sunday school for 10+ years, and regularly babysit for friends, family, and neighbors. I also provided daily care and companionship for an elderly woman for over three years. Now that my kids are grown, I love caring for their friends' little ones while I patiently await grandbabies of my own! I'm patient, dependable, and compassionate.
