About Gwen

Hi. I'm Gwen! I currently nanny part-time for a 10-month-old, have completed pre-k professional development through Colorado Shines, and I also have years of hands-on caregiving experience with my niece and nephew since infancy, including overnight care. I was also a nanny during college for several years, which I started when the child was 2 months old. I spent years working in higher education and nonprofit environments. I realized the parts of my previous work I loved most were the relational and supportive aspects -- helping people, building trust, creating stability, and being someone families could rely on. I may be newer to returning to childcare professionally, but I take the role very seriously and I'm intentional about continuing to learn and grow in the field. I have reliable transportation and am a non-smoker. Additionally, as a long time volunteer with NoCo Humane working with dogs and cats, so I will be absolutely comfortable with your furry family, as well.
