Bringing a decade of experience in adult and senior care, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant dedicated to supporting well-being and independence. My calm and compassionate nature allows me to connect with care recipients, always respecting their autonomy. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I provide respite care, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
