Hello, my name is Gwendolyn, and I am deeply passionate about early childhood education and youth development. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in English and Early Education. My academic background reflects my commitment to effective communication and the foundational principles of teaching and caregiving. I bring with me hands-on experience as a Lead Preschool Teacher, where I was responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, fostering social-emotional growth, and ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment. Prior to that, I gained extensive experience babysitting for families in the city, which helped strengthen my ability to adapt to diverse needs and household routines. Beyond the classroom, I am CPR and AED certified through the National Health & Safety Association, and I'm confident in handling emergency situations with calm professionalism.
