My name is Gwendolyn, preferably Gwen. I have 12 years of experience in senior family care and have worked with 6 patients. My previous client, I spent 9 years as a patient care giver of Dementia , . My duties were to provide a safe and secure environment all while keeping the patient actively involved with daily activities. I hold a degree in health care management and a CNA. I also support adults and seniors by providing services such as errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, administering medication, bathing, personal care, transportation to doctor's appointments and companion care. I believe that patients feel secure in their own environment. I'm also trained in First Aid. I can adapt to changing routines, and de-escalate stressful situations. My positive experiences in previous roles have solidified my desire to help others live well. I speak both English and Spanish. I'm eager to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
