Gwen and her team were instrumental in helping me care for an aging relative in her home, quite a distant drive away from me. They cared for my aunt, creating a real bond of love and respect , comfort and support as she went on hospice. Gwen co-ordinated her care with the medical professionals in an excellent manner. Her end of life would not have been as peaceful without Gwen.
