We had a wonderful experience with Hayley providing morning drop-off care for our two children ages 4 and 9, four days a week for approximately 12 weeks, from the beginning of April through the end of June. From the very beginning, Hayley was reliable, punctual, and dependable. We always felt confident knowing our children were in safe and caring hands each morning. She made sure they started their day off right by preparing breakfast, keeping them on schedule, and ensuring they were ready and comfortable before school. She provided especially thoughtful care for our 4-year-old daughter. She helped her with her morning routine, including brushing her teeth, doing her hair, and making sure she felt happy and prepared for the day. She also took the time to play games with our children, and create a positive and engaging environment each morning while sticking to the routines we had in place in our household, especially regarding morning tv time. With our son, she provided support by checking in on him, making sure he was getting himself ready for school, and helping keep both children organized during the busy morning routine. She was attentive to both kids’ needs while encouraging their independence. Communication was another area where Hayley truly stood out. She consistently kept us updated and let us know when the children were safely dropped off at school, which gave us great peace of mind. We are extremely grateful for the care, patience, and responsibility she showed our family. She was an important part of our children’s morning routine, and we would highly recommend her to any family looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and dependable.
