About Guerline

Unlocking a student's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary and middle school students in Math, English, Science, and test preparation, I prioritize building a patient, engaging environment where critical thinking thrives. I assess your student's learning style through active observation and open communication, tailoring my methods--from visual aids to hands-on activities--to meet their specific needs. When concepts become challenging, I break them into manageable steps and connect topics to real-world interests to build momentum. I believe clear, consistent communication with families is essential to fostering a collaborative learning journey. Witnessing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to helping your student achieve their goals and celebrating those wonderful "aha!" moments together.
